Narrative:
I failed to notice a write-up on the engines on the logbook page xyz abc #yx. I accomplished the other write-ups on the page, but did not call for general maintenance help on the engine write-ups. The engine problems were not called in to maintenance by the crew nor was the write-up noticed by the oncoming crew. The aircraft left ZZZ on its trip to sat.
