Narrative:
At approximately 60 NM north of zizzi intersection, flight was directed to turn 10 degrees left for traffic and to descend from FL350 to FL310. Descending through FL342, we received a TCASII TA. PF engaged altitude hold and the aircraft leveled off between FL339 and FL340. ATC controller had descended us and turned us into another aircraft's path cruising at FL330.
