Narrative:
We were given descent via runway 23 profile descent to cross guelf at 11000 ft. We entered 11000 ft, but failed to note the prior restr to cross waterloo ywt between 13000 ft and 17000 ft. We were approximately 1000 ft low. We owned up and toronto said no problem. It was the first officer's leg. He failed to notice the restr and so did I, even though I had been there 2 days prior. The corner of my approach plate was turned under. Attention to detail. Supplemental information from acn 471840: should have set 13000 ft and then reset to 11000 ft when over ywt.
