Narrative:

On the morning of may/xa/00, I received a message that stated 'first officer observed blue green odorless non sticky liquid in A2 belly.' at the time I received this message the aircraft was airborne. Maintenance and hazmat people met the aircraft upon arrival. My concern is, why was this unknown liquid not investigated before loading bags and being released from XXX?
