Narrative:

On may/xa/00, aircraft arrived ZZZ, us, with a write-up of rudder trim migrating from set degrees back to zero in-flight. As per the maintenance manual, found that rudder trim cable tensions were close to the lower end of limits. I adjusted rudder trim cable tensions per maintenance manual to specifications. I then had a fellow mechanic check my work, then proceeded to sign off my work. After evaluation of this write-up/corrective action, it came to our conclusion that an rii was to be exercised. This has been done.
