Narrative:
Passenger wxw XXX (age 70's) grew short of breath, then requested oxygen and vomited. She had history of cardiac trouble. Onboard passenger emergency medical technician at yxy clinic (through phone patch) advised flight attendants and we continued to dtw with concurrence of all parties. Declared an emergency and landed uneventfully. Emt's met plane at gate and attended to passenger. Air carrier flight xyz.

Title: A B757-200 IN CRUISE AT FL370 DECLARED A MEDICAL EMER AND LANDED AT DTW WHERE THE PAX WAS MET BY EMER MEDICAL TECHNICIANS.
Narrative: PAX WXW XXX (AGE 70'S) GREW SHORT OF BREATH, THEN REQUESTED OXYGEN AND VOMITED. SHE HAD HISTORY OF CARDIAC TROUBLE.
