Narrative:

Mia ATIS has converging approachs in text. The mia ATIS XA56Z has converging approachs in the text. I have no approach charts that are converging approach charts. Am I missing charts or is the ATIS using the wrong terminology. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: this analyst got the following information from mia tower. Mia tower uses the term 'approachs to converging runways' in the ATIS text to alert the crew that other aircraft will be in the pattern. This pilot apparently did not understand this. The tower personnel has reviewed their policy with the air carrier involved.
