Narrative:
While sitting at gate in msp, the radar altimeters began flagging and sweeping full scale. I made a PA to the cabin asking that all ped's (passenger electronic devices) be shut off and stowed and the radar altimeters returned to normal. Again in mso shortly after blocking in, both radar altimeters began flagging and sweeping and the GPWS began hooting 'pull up, pull up.' again I made a 'ped off' PA and once again the interference ceased and the radar altimeters returned to normal and tested ok.
