Narrative:
Taxiing to hook up to tug, to be towed into gate X at ZZZ. Marshaller was signaling to come forward when I felt a very light bump. After bump marshaller continued to signal to come forward. Continued forward another 20-30 ft, set brakes and shut down engines. Noticed marshaller looking with concern at our left wingtip and other aircraft's right wing. Opened my window and saw captain from other aircraft looking at his aircraft. Our left wingtip had hit their right and then went under their wing. A lens cover was knocked off their wing and it was dented. There was a small dent on our wing -- top side.
