Narrative:

During taxi out for takeoff, our departure clearance altitude was changed 3 times. 'Twice' tower attempted to clear us onto a runway to hold for takeoff that was 'closed' -- both on the ATIS and it had a large 'X' parked on the runway. When we questioned which SID he wanted us to fly, and did he still want the turn to 030 degrees, the tower controller acted as if we did not have a copy of the SID. Since we had been given 3 different departure altitudes, and '2' attempts to clear us into position to hold on a 'closed' runway, I thought it reasonable to clarify which SID we should be flying.

Title: A FLC IS QUESTIONED AS TO WHETHER THEY HAVE THE SID CHARTS FOR THE SFO DEP PROC AFTER THE CREW ASKS ATC IF THEY WERE TO STILL FLY THE ASSIGNED SID AND VECTOR AFTER DEP. CTLR HAD AMENDED THEIR ALT CLRNC 3 TIMES AND TRIED TO PLACE THEM ON A CLOSED RWY TO HOLD FOR TKOF 2 TIMES AT SFO, CA.

Narrative: DURING TAXI OUT FOR TKOF, OUR DEP CLRNC ALT WAS CHANGED 3 TIMES. 'TWICE' TWR ATTEMPTED TO CLR US ONTO A RWY TO HOLD FOR TKOF THAT WAS 'CLOSED' -- BOTH ON THE ATIS AND IT HAD A LARGE 'X' PARKED ON THE RWY. WHEN WE QUESTIONED WHICH SID HE WANTED US TO FLY, AND DID HE STILL WANT THE TURN TO 030 DEGS, THE TWR CTLR ACTED AS IF WE DID NOT HAVE A COPY OF THE SID. SINCE WE HAD BEEN GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT DEP ALTS, AND '2' ATTEMPTS TO CLR US INTO POS TO HOLD ON A 'CLOSED' RWY, I THOUGHT IT REASONABLE TO CLARIFY WHICH SID WE SHOULD BE FLYING.
