Captain flying on autoplt from FL388 to FL390. Slight burble felt then airplane rolled 25 degrees in 2 seconds. Autoplt disconnected and full aileron applied to counter-wake B777 10 NM ahead at FL390. Wind on the nose at 37 KTS. We descended to FL350 and advised ATC.

Title: A B757-200 FLC EXPERIENCE A WAKE TURB ENCOUNTER WHILE CLBING BELOW AND UP TO THE ALT ASSIGNED TO A B777 10 MI AHEAD, 50 MI NE OF GVE, VA.
