Narrative:
We encountered 2 incidents on flight xx, mxp-ord, mar/xa/00. A passenger seated in seat yy would not follow rules and regulations, situation in seat, fasten seat belt, and stow carryon during taxi out, for takeoff. We returned to the gate. The passenger was removed.
