Narrative:
During deplaning air carrier a flight abcd from gso to cvg, the captain noticed that a passenger had his own oxygen bottle on the flight. The flight attendant then said that the ramp workers in gso told her that it was ok because air carrier B can carry them, so air carrier a can also. She did not inform the pilots. We did not know it was on board. Now that air carrier B owns air carrier a, some air carrier B employees think that 'we own you so do it our way!' this could cause problems.
