Narrative:

On takeoff during rotation the captain's stall warning system activated. This happened at approximately 145 KTS with a V1/vr of 141 KTS and V2 of 152 KTS. With stick shaker activation firewall thrust was applied and rotation was continued. At approximately 200 ft to 400 ft we realized this was probably a false warning and reduced power to takeoff power, and continued the takeoff profile. After passing approximately 10000 ft to 12000 ft I had the so contact dispatch and request a phone patch with line maintenance. After discussing the event and the condition of the engines with maintenance we continued on to our destination. Engines operation was normal for remainder of flight. We were able to stop stall warning activation by pulling the #1 stall warning AC breaker. After arrival maintenance removed the aircraft from service.
