Narrative:
On the mead 2 departure out of las, vectors were given and then a clearance direct bld pgs transition. Then a climb clearance was given to cross 25 DME east of bld at or above FL220. During the process, the kaddy fix was deleted and the aircraft flew a course direct bld-pgs. ATC notified us and a correction was made to return to course. No loss of separation was reported.

Narrative: ON THE MEAD 2 DEP OUT OF LAS, VECTORS WERE GIVEN AND THEN A CLRNC DIRECT BLD PGS TRANSITION. THEN A CLB CLRNC WAS GIVEN TO CROSS 25 DME E OF BLD AT OR ABOVE FL220. DURING THE PROCESS, THE KADDY FIX WAS DELETED AND THE ACFT FLEW A COURSE DIRECT BLD-PGS. ATC NOTIFIED US AND A CORRECTION WAS MADE TO RETURN TO COURSE. NO LOSS OF SEPARATION WAS RPTED.
