Narrative:
About 30 mins after his meal first officer became very ill. Medical recommended landing. Declared emergency. Landed overweight 34500 pounds, flaps 20 degrees, normal touchdown at ord. The reason I used flaps 20 degrees: the last time I made overweight landing, flaps blew back to 20 degrees from 30 degrees at about the same weight as gross weight used for runway 31L at ord. First officer taken to hospital. Food poisoning. Captain and first officer did not consume same meal.
