Narrative:
On FMS bridge visual to runway 28R, a B737 was on high right base above us. We passed under him when he was still heading 90 degrees to final. As he passed overhead, he was going very slow, gear down and very high above the GS. He then made his tight right turn to final behind us, out of our sight. On tower frequency, he made a comment accusing us of passing him on final, which is contrary to the visual rules at sfo. I called tower and approach later and both said they saw no problems. In fact, if I had passed him on final, tower is required to send us around. We did not pass him, as he rolled out on final behind us.
