Narrative:

Was notified by ZZZ tower after takeoff to contact company operations. After sterile cockpit complete called operations back and was informed of 183 pounds of hazmat (compressed oxygen) loaded in bin #2. Too heavy to return to ZZZ after consulting with dispatch and chief pilot, decision was made to continue to iah. Flight completed without incident. I should have questioned dangerous goods code #1 on accuload -- too concerned about power management computer inoperative corrections, and thought it may apply to escorted prisoner onboard, or that the cargo was decided not to be loaded by ZZZ operations.
