Narrative:
Flew incorrect heading and altitude after IFR takeoff from bkl. Initial clearance was changed after I was on the runway in takeoff position. I held on the runway for at least 5-10 mins waiting for a revised clearance. After takeoff, I did not properly follow the new clearance. Problem could have been avoided had I been given a final clearance initially or, at least not after I was in takeoff position and holding for takeoff. The changes and stress induced by this contributed to the problem.
