Narrative:
After takeoff sfo, flight attendant reported smoke in aft cabin. Completed aircraft smoke/fumes checklist. Some lessened but did not stop. Returned sfo. Declared emergency. Landed overweight at 144000 pounds. Wrote up above in aircraft log. Smooth landing runway 28R sfo. Swapped aircraft and continued dfw. Most ramp personnel and fuelers had gone home. Minimum crew swapped aircraft.
