Narrative:
We had a problem transitioning from en route to approach mode with our FMS, causing us to overfly the approach path. We were too slow switching to raw data and overflew it again. The WX was VFR at our location, so we terminated the IFR and continued VFR.

Narrative: WE HAD A PROB TRANSITIONING FROM ENRTE TO APCH MODE WITH OUR FMS, CAUSING US TO OVERFLY THE APCH PATH. WE WERE TOO SLOW SWITCHING TO RAW DATA AND OVERFLEW IT AGAIN. THE WX WAS VFR AT OUR LOCATION, SO WE TERMINATED THE IFR AND CONTINUED VFR.
