Narrative:
After takeoff, #2 fuel filter by-pass light came on. We advised ATC and returned for landing without incidence. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the aircraft was a dehavilland dash 8-100 with pratt and whitney pwc PW122 engines. The reporter said the filter bypass pressure switch failed causing a false warning.

Title: A DASH 8 IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF RETURNED TO THE FIELD DUE TO #2 ENG FUEL FILTER BYPASS LIGHT ILLUMINATED CAUSED BY A FAILED PRESSURE SWITCH.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF, #2 FUEL FILTER BY-PASS LIGHT CAME ON. WE ADVISED ATC AND RETURNED FOR LNDG WITHOUT INCIDENCE. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE ACFT WAS A DEHAVILLAND DASH 8-100 WITH PRATT AND WHITNEY PWC PW122 ENGS. THE RPTR SAID THE FILTER BYPASS PRESSURE SWITCH FAILED CAUSING A FALSE WARNING.
