Narrative:
Aircraft X climbing from grr-stl to FL310. The other aircraft climbing mke to fwa. Stopped mke aircraft Y at FL240. Was attempting to get the grr departure on top. The aircraft climbed slowly and turns were issued to both aircraft. Aircraft passed at 700 ft and 4 mi.

Title: ARTCC CTLR AT ZAU, WORKING 2 DEPS WITH DIFFERENT RATES OF CLB, ALLOWS THE FASTER CLBING ACFT TO OVERTAKE THE SLOWER ACFT.
Narrative: ACFT X CLBING FROM GRR-STL TO FL310. THE OTHER ACFT CLBING MKE TO FWA. STOPPED MKE ACFT Y AT FL240. WAS ATTEMPTING TO GET THE GRR DEP ON TOP. THE ACFT CLBED SLOWLY AND TURNS WERE ISSUED TO BOTH ACFT. ACFT PASSED AT 700 FT AND 4 MI.
