Narrative:
We hit clear air turbulence. I tried to reach 4L's jump seat. I was lifted from the floor right across 4L's jump seat, then came down and landed on my knees on the floor, and my chin (left side of my face) hit the slide container. Both my knees had rug burns. My chin and lower back were hurting as well.
