Narrative:
Winds aloft much higher than forecasted. Vectors around suas, at 2700 ft on ILS to runway 22 at chippewa valley regional. ILS identify lost, started missed approach. Advised center that I wanted to go to nearest VFR field, fuel critical. Was vectored to red wing. Canceled IFR, went VFR. After landing estimated 45 mins fuel remaining. Let ATC help, don't rely on forecast winds. Good close by back door. VFR.
