Narrative:

I was called to the back of the aircraft by a male flight attendant, stating that a female passenger wanted to talk to a female flight attendant. The female passenger told me the male passenger beside her reached over and put his hand between her legs, in her crotch, 3 times. She told me this upset her and she was crying. We reseated her away from the male passenger and observed his behavior. He was asleep. The female passenger told me that she wanted something done about him 'assaulting' her. I went and told the captain -- he called operations. They had police waiting for the aircraft. I followed the male passenger off the aircraft and idented him to police, as well as the female. I was told later, by operations in las, that the female did not want to press charges against the male because 'it was not his fault, it was the flight attendant's fault for giving him 2 beers.' (all events took place in main cabin with no witnesses.)

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, S80, DFW-LAS. WOMAN ACCUSED MALE, SLEEPING NEXT TO HER, OF TOUCHING HER INAPPROPRIATELY 3 TIMES. POLICE MET FLT IN LAS AND WOMAN REFUSED TO FILE CHARGE, SAID IT AS CABIN ATTENDANT'S FAULT FOR SERVING LIQUOR.

Narrative: I WAS CALLED TO THE BACK OF THE ACFT BY A MALE FLT ATTENDANT, STATING THAT A FEMALE PAX WANTED TO TALK TO A FEMALE FLT ATTENDANT. THE FEMALE PAX TOLD ME THE MALE PAX BESIDE HER REACHED OVER AND PUT HIS HAND BTWN HER LEGS, IN HER CROTCH, 3 TIMES. SHE TOLD ME THIS UPSET HER AND SHE WAS CRYING. WE RESEATED HER AWAY FROM THE MALE PAX AND OBSERVED HIS BEHAVIOR. HE WAS ASLEEP. THE FEMALE PAX TOLD ME THAT SHE WANTED SOMETHING DONE ABOUT HIM 'ASSAULTING' HER. I WENT AND TOLD THE CAPT -- HE CALLED OPS. THEY HAD POLICE WAITING FOR THE ACFT. I FOLLOWED THE MALE PAX OFF THE ACFT AND IDENTED HIM TO POLICE, AS WELL AS THE FEMALE. I WAS TOLD LATER, BY OPS IN LAS, THAT THE FEMALE DID NOT WANT TO PRESS CHARGES AGAINST THE MALE BECAUSE 'IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT, IT WAS THE FLT ATTENDANT'S FAULT FOR GIVING HIM 2 BEERS.' (ALL EVENTS TOOK PLACE IN MAIN CABIN WITH NO WITNESSES.)
