Narrative:

5 mins before departure, flight attendant #9 informed me that a male passenger, during boarding, was touching and poking flight attendant #10 and made the comment that he had just been released from an institution. Flight attendant #6 who was directing at the aircraft door and heard my conversation with flight attendant #9 said that the same passenger also came up to her and began sniffing her in an inappropriate manner. I went directly to captain and informed him of the situation and asked him to please not let the agent close the aircraft door until I went back to where this passenger was seated and assessed his condition. Because we were an extremely full flight, I did not want to draw too much attention to this situation. I very calmly and politely asked the passenger if everything was ok. He asked me what I was talking about. I told him that I was informed that he made some comments to 2 of our flight attendants, and I needed to make sure that everything was alright. He told me to mind my own business and to get out of here and go do my job. I told him that I was the purser on board this flight today and it was my job to assess any situation that I felt in any way could be a problem. He angrily told me to shut up, get out of here and go home. Based on the previous information that flight attendant #9 and flight attendant #6 gave me, and his angry and hostile reaction to me, I asked flight attendant #9 who was nearby at the time, to call the captain. I told the passenger to get his personal belongings together because he would not be going on this flight. I went up to the aircraft door. Captain was out of his seat and ready to assist me in any way. Based on the information I had from the other flight attendants and the fact that the passenger was very angry and hostile and not able to have a rational conversation with me, I did not feel it would be safe for him to be on board. The agent went back to remove the passenger. When the passenger came up to the aircraft door his friend who was seated next to him followed him. The passenger and his male friend proceeded to argue with the agents. They became angry when they were told that the passenger would not be able to be on this flight. They told the agents that I was lying, that none of the proceeding took place, etc. When the captain said this was his final decision, the passenger told the captain to F___ off and that he was going to sue us, etc, and used more profanities. His friend was given the option to stay on board or deplane also. He chose to stay on board. The agent closed the aircraft door and we proceeded to lax without further incident. In conclusion. I feel that I, along with captain, made the right decision to have this passenger removed from our flight.

Narrative: 5 MINS BEFORE DEP, FLT ATTENDANT #9 INFORMED ME THAT A MALE PAX, DURING BOARDING, WAS TOUCHING AND POKING FLT ATTENDANT #10 AND MADE THE COMMENT THAT HE HAD JUST BEEN RELEASED FROM AN INSTITUTION. FLT ATTENDANT #6 WHO WAS DIRECTING AT THE ACFT DOOR AND HEARD MY CONVERSATION WITH FLT ATTENDANT #9 SAID THAT THE SAME PAX ALSO CAME UP TO HER AND BEGAN SNIFFING HER IN AN INAPPROPRIATE MANNER. I WENT DIRECTLY TO CAPT AND INFORMED HIM OF THE SIT AND ASKED HIM TO PLEASE NOT LET THE AGENT CLOSE THE ACFT DOOR UNTIL I WENT BACK TO WHERE THIS PAX WAS SEATED AND ASSESSED HIS CONDITION. BECAUSE WE WERE AN EXTREMELY FULL FLT, I DID NOT WANT TO DRAW TOO MUCH ATTN TO THIS SIT. I VERY CALMLY AND POLITELY ASKED THE PAX IF EVERYTHING WAS OK. HE ASKED ME WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS INFORMED THAT HE MADE SOME COMMENTS TO 2 OF OUR FLT ATTENDANTS, AND I NEEDED TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT. HE TOLD ME TO MIND MY OWN BUSINESS AND TO GET OUT OF HERE AND GO DO MY JOB. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS THE PURSER ON BOARD THIS FLT TODAY AND IT WAS MY JOB TO ASSESS ANY SIT THAT I FELT IN ANY WAY COULD BE A PROB. HE ANGRILY TOLD ME TO SHUT UP, GET OUT OF HERE AND GO HOME. BASED ON THE PREVIOUS INFO THAT FLT ATTENDANT #9 AND FLT ATTENDANT #6 GAVE ME, AND HIS ANGRY AND HOSTILE REACTION TO ME, I ASKED FLT ATTENDANT #9 WHO WAS NEARBY AT THE TIME, TO CALL THE CAPT. I TOLD THE PAX TO GET HIS PERSONAL BELONGINGS TOGETHER BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT BE GOING ON THIS FLT. I WENT UP TO THE ACFT DOOR. CAPT WAS OUT OF HIS SEAT AND READY TO ASSIST ME IN ANY WAY. BASED ON THE INFO I HAD FROM THE OTHER FLT ATTENDANTS AND THE FACT THAT THE PAX WAS VERY ANGRY AND HOSTILE AND NOT ABLE TO HAVE A RATIONAL CONVERSATION WITH ME, I DID NOT FEEL IT WOULD BE SAFE FOR HIM TO BE ON BOARD. THE AGENT WENT BACK TO REMOVE THE PAX. WHEN THE PAX CAME UP TO THE ACFT DOOR HIS FRIEND WHO WAS SEATED NEXT TO HIM FOLLOWED HIM. THE PAX AND HIS MALE FRIEND PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH THE AGENTS. THEY BECAME ANGRY WHEN THEY WERE TOLD THAT THE PAX WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE ON THIS FLT. THEY TOLD THE AGENTS THAT I WAS LYING, THAT NONE OF THE PROCEEDING TOOK PLACE, ETC. WHEN THE CAPT SAID THIS WAS HIS FINAL DECISION, THE PAX TOLD THE CAPT TO F___ OFF AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO SUE US, ETC, AND USED MORE PROFANITIES. HIS FRIEND WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO STAY ON BOARD OR DEPLANE ALSO. HE CHOSE TO STAY ON BOARD. THE AGENT CLOSED THE ACFT DOOR AND WE PROCEEDED TO LAX WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. IN CONCLUSION. I FEEL THAT I, ALONG WITH CAPT, MADE THE RIGHT DECISION TO HAVE THIS PAX REMOVED FROM OUR FLT.
