The captain was flying the finks 6 arrival into dca. We both had tuned in hvq 095 degree radial instead of bkw 072 degree radial. The controller asked us about it, and gave us a correction.

Title: FLC OF A DC9 TUNED IN THE WRONG VORTAC DURING AN ARR STAR RESULTING IN A COURSE DEV WHEREIN THE ARTCC CTLR PROVIDED A VECTOR BACK TO THE PUBLISHED TRACK.
Narrative: THE CAPT WAS FLYING THE FINKS 6 ARR INTO DCA. WE BOTH HAD TUNED IN HVQ 095 DEG RADIAL INSTEAD OF BKW 072 DEG RADIAL. THE CTLR ASKED US ABOUT IT, AND GAVE US A CORRECTION.
