Narrative:
Descending into dfw area for lemyn, ATC issued clearance to cross at 11000 ft, 250 KTS. Later, ATC came back with delete speed at lemyn and make stonz restr. The amended clearance was interpreted to lift all restrs at lemyn and as a result crossed lemyn at 12300 ft. There was no response from ATC regarding this issue. Next time, will clarify clearance at issuance.

Title: XING RESTR CONFUSION ON ARR AT DFW, TX.
Narrative: DSNDING INTO DFW AREA FOR LEMYN, ATC ISSUED CLRNC TO CROSS AT 11000 FT, 250 KTS. LATER, ATC CAME BACK WITH DELETE SPD AT LEMYN AND MAKE STONZ RESTR. THE AMENDED CLRNC WAS INTERPED TO LIFT ALL RESTRS AT LEMYN AND AS A RESULT CROSSED LEMYN AT 12300 FT. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM ATC REGARDING THIS ISSUE. NEXT TIME, WILL CLARIFY CLRNC AT ISSUANCE.
