Narrative:
San departure cleared us unrestr to 15000 ft on the peble 2 departure SID. We had the unrestr thought in mind and missed the next altitude restr of 17000 ft and 39 DME mzb peble intersection. The crew was tired from the onerous pairing, disturbed rest periods at the hotel. After we passed peble, 1 crew member noticed the altitude restr. Crews have complained repeatedly about the pairing and being tired, but to no avail from the company.
