Narrative:
Descending on the rnp RNAV runway 26 approach, jnu tower advised us of a flight of 4 helicopters departing eastbound. Passing through 1900 ft, we got a TCASII RA to descend as the last of the 4 helicopters crossed the gastineau channel directly in front of us at our altitude. We responded immediately to the TCASII RA, and called the traffic in sight. Due to the extremely high volume of helicopter traffic in the gastineau channel, I foresee another fatal midair collision unless changes in helicopter routing are made immediately.

Title: TFC CONFLICT BTWN HELIS AND A B737 ON APCH TO JNU.
Narrative: DSNDING ON THE RNP RNAV RWY 26 APCH, JNU TWR ADVISED US OF A FLT OF 4 HELIS DEPARTING EBOUND. PASSING THROUGH 1900 FT, WE GOT A TCASII RA TO DSND AS THE LAST OF THE 4 HELIS CROSSED THE GASTINEAU CHANNEL DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF US AT OUR ALT. WE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO THE TCASII RA, AND CALLED THE TFC IN SIGHT. DUE TO THE EXTREMELY HIGH VOLUME OF HELI TFC IN THE GASTINEAU CHANNEL, I FORESEE ANOTHER FATAL MIDAIR COLLISION UNLESS CHANGES IN HELI ROUTING ARE MADE IMMEDIATELY.
