An engine blew before the point of no return over the pacific. We returned to sfo. DC10-10 aircraft have been returning every day due to mechanical problems.

Narrative: AN ENG BLEW BEFORE THE POINT OF NO RETURN OVER THE PACIFIC. WE RETURNED TO SFO. DC10-10 ACFT HAVE BEEN RETURNING EVERY DAY DUE TO MECHANICAL PROBS.
