Narrative:
On aug/xa/00, I assisted another mechanic on deactivation of autospoilers per MEL 27-08C. A miscom may have occurred, after the procedure was fully accomplished, resulting in circuit breakers X30 and P33 being pulled and collared. Maintenance control assures me that the system has been re-evaluated, and is currently ok per the MEL requirements.

Title: AN MD80 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE AUTOSPOILERS DEFERRED PER THE MEL, BUT SPECIAL PROCS FOR PULLING CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE MISREAD, AND AN ADDITIONAL BREAKER WAS PULLED INADVERTENTLY.
Narrative: ON AUG/XA/00, I ASSISTED ANOTHER MECH ON DEACTIVATION OF AUTOSPOILERS PER MEL 27-08C. A MISCOM MAY HAVE OCCURRED, AFTER THE PROC WAS FULLY ACCOMPLISHED, RESULTING IN CIRCUIT BREAKERS X30 AND P33 BEING PULLED AND COLLARED. MAINT CTL ASSURES ME THAT THE SYS HAS BEEN RE-EVALUATED, AND IS CURRENTLY OK PER THE MEL REQUIREMENTS.
