Narrative:
Flight #xx sfo-hnl DC10, aircraft #1, #2, #3 all have had major mechanical problems -- many with a loss of the engine, hydraulics, oil leaks, loss of #1 engine. Jul/xx/00 we lost the #2 engine on aircraft #2. Jul/yy/00 (my flight that aborted this takeoff.) we had extreme delays with crews duty days, 16 hours long. 2 flts returned aug/xx/00 after 1 hour in the air. Also on flight #xy, all 10 flight attendants walked off the plane. On jul/xx/00 they/we refused to fly after the mechanical delay and we aborted the takeoff. Supplemental information from acn 480917: there have been major delays and cancellations due to the condition and age of the DC10's flying this route. The concern by flight attendants flying this route has been so great that they have been refusing to work on these airplanes because they feel they are unsafe.

Narrative: FLT #XX SFO-HNL DC10, ACFT #1, #2, #3 ALL HAVE HAD MAJOR MECHANICAL PROBS -- MANY WITH A LOSS OF THE ENG, HYDS, OIL LEAKS, LOSS OF #1 ENG. JUL/XX/00 WE LOST THE #2 ENG ON ACFT #2. JUL/YY/00 (MY FLT THAT ABORTED THIS TKOF.) WE HAD EXTREME DELAYS WITH CREWS DUTY DAYS, 16 HRS LONG. 2 FLTS RETURNED AUG/XX/00 AFTER 1 HR IN THE AIR. THE CONCERN BY FLT ATTENDANTS FLYING THIS RTE HAS BEEN SO GREAT THAT THEY HAVE BEEN REFUSING TO WORK ON THESE AIRPLANES BECAUSE THEY FEEL THEY ARE UNSAFE.
