Narrative:
During flight we were informed of an incident that occurred between a passenger seated in xh and flight attendant #9. During taxi, passenger was told several times to discontinue use of electronic device. After the unsuccessful attempts to get passenger to comply with crew member instructions, flight attendant #9 took electronic device from passenger. Passenger was given back device after takeoff. (I did not personally witness confrontation and did not have contact with passenger in xh during flight.) after deplaning in jfk, passenger was at the ticket counter at the arrival gate and was cursing and screaming at the customer service representative demanding that action be taken against flight attendant #9 involving incident that occurred between them. As the crew began walking out to the front of the terminal to get on the hotel crew van, the very irate passenger was following us and talking loudly on her cell phone, calling the police to meet her at the front of the terminal. When we reached the crew van, the police was there and took reports from the passenger and flight attendant #9. Passenger was belligerent and emotionally out of control. (Screaming and yelling at police officers, crew members, etc.) she demanded that police take action and if they did not, she would follow us, because as she stated, 'she had a personal agenda with flight attendant #9.' after 1 1/2 hours of detainment by police, we were told we could go. As we were driving through manhattan to our hotel, our driver noticed that the passenger was following us in a limo with 2 of her friends. We stopped at the closest police station. The captain went in to get some assistance. Passenger also went into police station, again demanding that flight attendant be arrested, etc. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the woman had a cell phone/pager. She was accusing flight attendant #9 (male) of assaulting her, because he took away her cell phone, even though he gave it back to her after takeoff. The purser didn't think the woman was such a threat, so she didn't call for the police to meet the plane. The captain, flight attendant #9 and the woman all went into the police station. The woman tried to press charges and wanted the flight attendant's address and phone number. The male flight attendant was quite frightened about the woman finding out where he lived. Although the police from the station didn't detain the woman, they did have a police car sitting in front of the crew's hotel when the crew did finally arrive. Supplemental information from acn 483668: passenger, ms X, seated in xh, was asked to turn off her 2-WAY pager. She ignored the PA 5 mins before departure and continued to use the device. Flight attendant #9 asked her on taxi out, after the safety video, she ignored him. He (flight attendant #9) asked her 3 more times. He took the pager from her. Passenger, ms X, got the pager back during the meal service. I told her to turn it off. She disrupted the entire first class cabin. After arriving in jfk, passenger, ms X, made a scene in the lounge-gate area. She threatened flight attendant #9 with bodily harm and displayed irrational behavior. Flight service called the port authority/authorized and security to escort the crew to the van. Ms X, continued her threatening behavior. The port authority/authorized took a report. She said she would follow the van. Officers informed her she would be arrested if she did. The van driver noticed someone following us as we were coming out of the tunnel. The captain directed the driver to stop at the new york police station. The police told her to leave and stop 'stalking the crew.' we waited 5 mins and then proceeded to the hotel.

Title: MULTIPLE CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B767, LAX-JFK. WOMAN REFUSED TO TURN OFF PAGER DURING TAXI AFTER BEING WARNED 4 TIMES BY CABIN ATTENDANT #9, MADE PHYSICAL THREAT AND FOLLOWED CREW AFTER FLT.
Narrative: DURING FLT WE WERE INFORMED OF AN INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED BTWN A PAX SEATED IN XH AND FLT ATTENDANT #9. DURING TAXI, PAX WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIMES TO DISCONTINUE USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE. AFTER THE UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO GET PAX TO COMPLY WITH CREW MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS, FLT ATTENDANT #9 TOOK ELECTRONIC DEVICE FROM PAX. PAX WAS GIVEN BACK DEVICE AFTER TKOF. (I DID NOT PERSONALLY WITNESS CONFRONTATION AND DID NOT HAVE CONTACT WITH PAX IN XH DURING FLT.) AFTER DEPLANING IN JFK, PAX WAS AT THE TICKET COUNTER AT THE ARR GATE AND WAS CURSING AND SCREAMING AT THE CUSTOMER SVC REPRESENTATIVE DEMANDING THAT ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST FLT ATTENDANT #9 INVOLVING INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED BTWN THEM. AS THE CREW BEGAN WALKING OUT TO THE FRONT OF THE TERMINAL TO GET ON THE HOTEL CREW VAN, THE VERY IRATE PAX WAS FOLLOWING US AND TALKING LOUDLY ON HER CELL PHONE, CALLING THE POLICE TO MEET HER AT THE FRONT OF THE TERMINAL. WHEN WE REACHED THE CREW VAN, THE POLICE WAS THERE AND TOOK RPTS FROM THE PAX AND FLT ATTENDANT #9. PAX WAS BELLIGERENT AND EMOTIONALLY OUT OF CTL. (SCREAMING AND YELLING AT POLICE OFFICERS, CREW MEMBERS, ETC.) SHE DEMANDED THAT POLICE TAKE ACTION AND IF THEY DID NOT, SHE WOULD FOLLOW US, BECAUSE AS SHE STATED, 'SHE HAD A PERSONAL AGENDA WITH FLT ATTENDANT #9.' AFTER 1 1/2 HRS OF DETAINMENT BY POLICE, WE WERE TOLD WE COULD GO. AS WE WERE DRIVING THROUGH MANHATTAN TO OUR HOTEL, OUR DRIVER NOTICED THAT THE PAX WAS FOLLOWING US IN A LIMO WITH 2 OF HER FRIENDS. WE STOPPED AT THE CLOSEST POLICE STATION. THE CAPT WENT IN TO GET SOME ASSISTANCE. PAX ALSO WENT INTO POLICE STATION, AGAIN DEMANDING THAT FLT ATTENDANT BE ARRESTED, ETC. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE WOMAN HAD A CELL PHONE/PAGER. SHE WAS ACCUSING FLT ATTENDANT #9 (MALE) OF ASSAULTING HER, BECAUSE HE TOOK AWAY HER CELL PHONE, EVEN THOUGH HE GAVE IT BACK TO HER AFTER TKOF. THE PURSER DIDN'T THINK THE WOMAN WAS SUCH A THREAT, SO SHE DIDN'T CALL FOR THE POLICE TO MEET THE PLANE. THE CAPT, FLT ATTENDANT #9 AND THE WOMAN ALL WENT INTO THE POLICE STATION. THE WOMAN TRIED TO PRESS CHARGES AND WANTED THE FLT ATTENDANT'S ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. THE MALE FLT ATTENDANT WAS QUITE FRIGHTENED ABOUT THE WOMAN FINDING OUT WHERE HE LIVED. ALTHOUGH THE POLICE FROM THE STATION DIDN'T DETAIN THE WOMAN, THEY DID HAVE A POLICE CAR SITTING IN FRONT OF THE CREW'S HOTEL WHEN THE CREW DID FINALLY ARRIVE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 483668: PAX, MS X, SEATED IN XH, WAS ASKED TO TURN OFF HER 2-WAY PAGER. SHE IGNORED THE PA 5 MINS BEFORE DEP AND CONTINUED TO USE THE DEVICE. FLT ATTENDANT #9 ASKED HER ON TAXI OUT, AFTER THE SAFETY VIDEO, SHE IGNORED HIM. HE (FLT ATTENDANT #9) ASKED HER 3 MORE TIMES. HE TOOK THE PAGER FROM HER. PAX, MS X, GOT THE PAGER BACK DURING THE MEAL SVC. I TOLD HER TO TURN IT OFF. SHE DISRUPTED THE ENTIRE FIRST CLASS CABIN. AFTER ARRIVING IN JFK, PAX, MS X, MADE A SCENE IN THE LOUNGE-GATE AREA. SHE THREATENED FLT ATTENDANT #9 WITH BODILY HARM AND DISPLAYED IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOR. FLT SVC CALLED THE PORT AUTH AND SECURITY TO ESCORT THE CREW TO THE VAN. MS X, CONTINUED HER THREATENING BEHAVIOR. THE PORT AUTH TOOK A RPT. SHE SAID SHE WOULD FOLLOW THE VAN. OFFICERS INFORMED HER SHE WOULD BE ARRESTED IF SHE DID. THE VAN DRIVER NOTICED SOMEONE FOLLOWING US AS WE WERE COMING OUT OF THE TUNNEL. THE CAPT DIRECTED THE DRIVER TO STOP AT THE NEW YORK POLICE STATION. THE POLICE TOLD HER TO LEAVE AND STOP 'STALKING THE CREW.' WE WAITED 5 MINS AND THEN PROCEEDED TO THE HOTEL.
