Narrative:
The PIC did a pre trip flight planning and printed a copy of the flight plan. On the day of the trip, PIC filed and printed a different flight plan. As the PNF, I requested clearance from ATC. ATC cleared as filed. I didn't know there were 2 different flight plans in the trip paperwork and loaded the wrong flight plan. ATC noticed over the bum VOR that we diverted 20 degrees from what they expected. The PIC discovered the error and ATC reconfirmed our clearance.

Title: A CPR FLC FLYING MEDIUM SIZE BIZJET AT BEC RECEIVES A CLRED AS FILED CLRNC TO THEIR DEST THEN LOADS A DIFFERENT FLT PLAN INTO THE FMS THAN ATC EXPECTED.
