Narrative:
The MEL covers a reservoir pressure being deferrable. Nothing even maintenance manuals don't cover this system under normal operation. It does mention that if doing adjustment and test you have leakage and which would be allow indication you can defer it if pressure stays normal with engines running. Nothing covers what is accepted low and high pressures.

Title: A B737-300 INCURRED A DELAY CAUSED BY THE ASSIGNED TECHNICIAN BEING UNABLE TO LOCATE THE CORRECT HYD RESERVOIR PRESSURE LIMITS.
Narrative: THE MEL COVERS A RESERVOIR PRESSURE BEING DEFERRABLE. NOTHING EVEN MAINT MANUALS DON'T COVER THIS SYS UNDER NORMAL OP. IT DOES MENTION THAT IF DOING ADJUSTMENT AND TEST YOU HAVE LEAKAGE AND WHICH WOULD BE ALLOW INDICATION YOU CAN DEFER IT IF PRESSURE STAYS NORMAL WITH ENGS RUNNING. NOTHING COVERS WHAT IS ACCEPTED LOW AND HIGH PRESSURES.
