Narrative:
Departed 52F XB15 am (local time) called FAA WX briefing number between XA30 and XB15 am local time, we received VFR briefing. Was told cleared all the way except low stuff in southeast arkansas. Clouds closed in, advised ZME, asked for help getting down through. Entered clouds at 3500 ft, broke out at 2200 ft. Landed safely on runway 4 at dyersburg, called flight watch immediately and asked them to notify memphis that I was safe on airport. FSDO inspector from FAA then called and I told inspector this, and asked him to thank the guy at ZME for their help.
