Narrative:

In accomplishing card abcd fuel filter check on right engine for aircraft xyz, page 2 on card abcd paragraph 2A(3) reads, 'if contaminated, inspect right engine filter using card dcba.' card should read 'left engine card dcbd.' I accomplished card abcd and found filter contaminated. I did not accomplish card dcba because of wording on card abcd. The abcd was assigned to work package for aircraft xyz. Dcba card was not assigned at this time. I have sent aircraft manual change request paperwork and form xy to correct this problem.
