Narrative:
On sep/xa/00 on aircraft xyz flight XXX, I swapped the #2 ILS receiver into the #1 ILS receiver, and deferred the #2 ILS receiver inoperative. There is a possibility the wrong receivers were on the aircraft to begin with.

Narrative: ON SEP/XA/00 ON ACFT XYZ FLT XXX, I SWAPPED THE #2 ILS RECEIVER INTO THE #1 ILS RECEIVER, AND DEFERRED THE #2 ILS RECEIVER INOP. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THE WRONG RECEIVERS WERE ON THE ACFT TO BEGIN WITH.
