Narrative:
Upon leveling during descent at 13000 ft we received RA 'climb crossing climb' followed by 'climb climb.' evasive action was taken immediately resulting in a climb to 14000 ft to avoid unknown traffic. Traffic was never seen and we cleared uneventfully, reported incident to ATC and returned to 13000 ft MSL.

Title: TCASII RA FLOWN WITHOUT SIGHTING TFC WHEN LEVELING N OF DENVER.
Narrative: UPON LEVELING DURING DSCNT AT 13000 FT WE RECEIVED RA 'CLB XING CLB' FOLLOWED BY 'CLB CLB.' EVASIVE ACTION WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY RESULTING IN A CLB TO 14000 FT TO AVOID UNKNOWN TFC. TFC WAS NEVER SEEN AND WE CLRED UNEVENTFULLY, RPTED INCIDENT TO ATC AND RETURNED TO 13000 FT MSL.
