Narrative:

Established on final approach at dab ILS runway 7L at 2600 ft, clearance to 1600 ft. When we got an RA 'monitor vertical speed,' I looked down at bsi to ensure I was complying with RA. Captain saw airplane approaching us, took the controls, pushed throttles forward and began climb. The other aircraft was then at our 1 O'clock position in a +60 degree angle of bank nose low position. We climbed approximately 500 ft to around 3000-3100 ft. Once the RA subsided and we felt we were safe, we began descent back to assigned altitude for uneventful landing to runway 7L. When we were safely on deck, we made an announcement to the passenger about what had just happened. The passenger seemed to be ok as they departed the aircraft. We checked the history of the engine instruments to ensure we had not exceeded the engine parameters. The N1 reached 105%. The aircraft was ferried by another crew for inspection.

Title: TFC CONFLICT BTWN AN ACR ON ILS FINAL AND A DH6 IN A HIGH RATE OF DSCNT AFTER DROPPING JUMPERS PRODUCES A TCASII RA FOR THE ACR AND AGGRESSIVE EVASIVE MANEUVERS BY THE DH6.

Narrative: ESTABLISHED ON FINAL APCH AT DAB ILS RWY 7L AT 2600 FT, CLRNC TO 1600 FT. WHEN WE GOT AN RA 'MONITOR VERT SPD,' I LOOKED DOWN AT BSI TO ENSURE I WAS COMPLYING WITH RA. CAPT SAW AIRPLANE APCHING US, TOOK THE CTLS, PUSHED THROTTLES FORWARD AND BEGAN CLB. THE OTHER ACFT WAS THEN AT OUR 1 O'CLOCK POS IN A +60 DEG ANGLE OF BANK NOSE LOW POS. WE CLBED APPROX 500 FT TO AROUND 3000-3100 FT. ONCE THE RA SUBSIDED AND WE FELT WE WERE SAFE, WE BEGAN DSCNT BACK TO ASSIGNED ALT FOR UNEVENTFUL LNDG TO RWY 7L. WHEN WE WERE SAFELY ON DECK, WE MADE AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE PAX ABOUT WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED. THE PAX SEEMED TO BE OK AS THEY DEPARTED THE ACFT. WE CHKED THE HISTORY OF THE ENG INSTS TO ENSURE WE HAD NOT EXCEEDED THE ENG PARAMETERS. THE N1 REACHED 105%. THE ACFT WAS FERRIED BY ANOTHER CREW FOR INSPECTION.
