Title: A B727-200 IN CRUISE AT FL310 DISCOVERED THE CREW OXYGEN WAS DEPLETED AND A DSCNT WAS MADE TO 14000 FT.
Narrative: ENRTE DFW-PDX, CREW NOTED CREW OXYGEN SUPPLY HAD DROPPED TO APPROX 50 PSI. COORDINATED EARLY DSCNT, INITIALLY TO 14000 FT, WITH ATC AND DISPATCH.
