Narrative:

While cruising at 1400 ft, at a 20 degree radial off nottingham VOR, I believe that I may have wandered into andrew's class B airspace -- first ring. I referred to ground references and immediately altered my course and continued to cruise at 1400 ft. My recommendation is that a VFR corridor be established to alleviate ATC overload in this area. Especially since there has been an increase of VFR traffic coming from st mary's county airport.

Title: A C172 PVT PLT WANDERS INTO THE CLASS B AIRSPACE OF ANDREWS AFB WHILE RIDING THE 020 DEG RADIAL OF OTT, MD.

Narrative: WHILE CRUISING AT 1400 FT, AT A 20 DEG RADIAL OFF NOTTINGHAM VOR, I BELIEVE THAT I MAY HAVE WANDERED INTO ANDREW'S CLASS B AIRSPACE -- FIRST RING. I REFERRED TO GND REFS AND IMMEDIATELY ALTERED MY COURSE AND CONTINUED TO CRUISE AT 1400 FT. MY RECOMMENDATION IS THAT A VFR CORRIDOR BE ESTABLISHED TO ALLEVIATE ATC OVERLOAD IN THIS AREA. ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE HAS BEEN AN INCREASE OF VFR TFC COMING FROM ST MARY'S COUNTY ARPT.
