Narrative:
While in the aisle serving a tray of water, we experienced severe turbulence and I was thrown to the ground, landing hard on my left knee. I sat in a passenger seat as soon as possible and later put ice on my knee. It seems fine now.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B767, LAX-MIA. SUDDEN, SEVERE TURB CAUSED CABIN ATTENDANT TO LAND ON KNEE, RESULTING IN INJURY.
Narrative: WHILE IN THE AISLE SERVING A TRAY OF WATER, WE EXPERIENCED SEVERE TURB AND I WAS THROWN TO THE GND, LNDG HARD ON MY L KNEE. I SAT IN A PAX SEAT ASAP AND LATER PUT ICE ON MY KNEE. IT SEEMS FINE NOW.
