Departed pit on 360 degree heading with clearance to turn to slt out of 15000 ft. At the same time, other aft departed pit on heading to join the ewc 050 degree radial. The other aircraft left 15000 ft and turned.

Title: 2 SAME COMPANY B737 DEPART SAME ARPT AT THE SAME TIME CLBING ON HDG UNTIL ONE REACHES SPECIFIED ALT, AND THEN TURNING TOWARD VOR #1. THE OTHER ONE UNTIL INTERCEPTING A VOR RADIAL OFF OF VOR #2. ACFT X, GOING TO VOR #1, TURNS TOWARD ACFT Y INTERCEPTING RADIAL TO VOR #2 CAUSING A LOSS OF SEPARATION.
Narrative: DEPARTED PIT ON 360 DEG HDG WITH CLRNC TO TURN TO SLT OUT OF 15000 FT. AT THE SAME TIME, OTHER AFT DEPARTED PIT ON HDG TO JOIN THE EWC 050 DEG RADIAL. THE OTHER ACFT LEFT 15000 FT AND TURNED.
