Narrative:
Several times each day this sector becomes unsafe with numerous atl arrival, en route aircraft, clt arrs and atl departures. On this day and most others, there are so many aircraft that the data blocks overlap so that they can't be separated so they can be seen. On this particular time, I was not given a d-side until the time I also got a tracker.

Title: ZTL RADAR CTLR CLAIMS SECTOR OVERLOAD OCCURS SEVERAL TIMES EACH DAY.
Narrative: SEVERAL TIMES EACH DAY THIS SECTOR BECOMES UNSAFE WITH NUMEROUS ATL ARR, ENRTE ACFT, CLT ARRS AND ATL DEPS. ON THIS DAY AND MOST OTHERS, THERE ARE SO MANY ACFT THAT THE DATA BLOCKS OVERLAP SO THAT THEY CAN'T BE SEPARATED SO THEY CAN BE SEEN. ON THIS PARTICULAR TIME, I WAS NOT GIVEN A D-SIDE UNTIL THE TIME I ALSO GOT A TRACKER.
