Narrative:
Departed runway heading. Upon contacting rno departure, I was told to call approach by phone upon landing. Controller advised that approach control was told by tower that we turned right. We advised that we maintained runway heading. We asked controller if there was a crosswind from our left and he stated yes and that was probably the problem. Asked if we needed to take further action, he said no!

Narrative: DEPARTED RWY HDG. UPON CONTACTING RNO DEP, I WAS TOLD TO CALL APCH BY PHONE UPON LNDG. CTLR ADVISED THAT APCH CTL WAS TOLD BY TWR THAT WE TURNED R. WE ADVISED THAT WE MAINTAINED RWY HDG. WE ASKED CTLR IF THERE WAS A XWIND FROM OUR L AND HE STATED YES AND THAT WAS PROBABLY THE PROB. ASKED IF WE NEEDED TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION, HE SAID NO!
