Narrative:
Controller issued us a clearance to fly a heading to intercept the rbv 1 arrival into ewr. Frequency was congested, and we were distraction, and flew through the arrival course into a hot restr area. Controller vectored us back on course. We let ourselves become distraction by the chatter on the radio.
