Narrative:
We departed runway 27 at san. Takeoff weight 280400 pounds. Wind 070 degrees at 8 KTS. Runway limit weight 293000 pounds. There are schools and other structures in the runway protection zone of san. This is in violation of far part 139-309 and advisory circular 150/5200-13. The FAA should correct this situation.
